To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a risk-free, 7-day refund policy for our Contracts. Kindly take note of the following conditions:
1. The refund request must be made within seven (7) days of the original purchase of the Contract.
2. The usage of our services should not exceed a monetary amount more than $1000 within those 7 days.
We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to make the refund process as simple as possible. However, please be aware of the following:
1. Refunds are not automatically issued. If you decide to cancel your account, please remember to contact us within seven days of the cancellation to request a refund.
2. By default, account cancellations are scheduled to occur at the end of your billing cycle.
3. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for usage outside of our 7-day refund policy.
4. Similarly, refunds are not available if you have used your account within the same calendar month as your refund request, unless it falls within the 7-day money-back guarantee. To avoid any future charges, we recommend promptly cancelling your account.
5. Please note that refunds are only applicable to the current subscription charge on your account. We are unable to provide refunds for charges from the previous month or any additional charges added to your account.
6. At Bitpixels™, we have full confidence in our customers’ ability to manage their accounts.
7. If payment is made with crypto, you shall receive the exact amount paid at the time of payment, this could be worth less or more at the time of your refund.

3. We are committed to addressing your requests promptly. You can expect a response within 24-48 hours.
